Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging when applicable. You will also need proof of purchase, such as your emailed or texted receipt, order confirmation, or other purchase documentation.
To start a return, please contact us at homesewntreasures@yahoo.com. Upon review and agreement between the customer and Home Sewn Treasures, an item may be repaired, replaced, refunded, or issued store credit, depending on the circumstances.

Items returned without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or the incorrect item was shipped. In those cases, Home Sewn Treasures will provide a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
Every reasonable attempt will be made to repair a damaged item. Items damaged due to pets, misuse, neglect, accidents, or natural disasters are not eligible for repair or replacement.
Replacement items may be offered on a case-by-case basis when repair is not possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Personalized or embroidered items
Custom orders that include embroidery or personalization
Gift cards
Custom orders that do not include embroidery or personalization may be eligible for return, subject to approval.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Store credit may be offered in certain situations at the sole discretion of Home Sewn Treasures. The issuance of store credit is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return for the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
